If you need to stop or move service, please inform us through e-Care, our online customer service system. It allows you to view, update and manage your account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Using e-Care is ideal for existing customers moving to another residence within the St. Thomas Energy Inc. service area as well as existing customers wanting to discontinue service.
