Customers who subscribe to paperless billing will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Instead, customers will receive an email notification when their bill is ready to view on-line along with the due date and amount due as part of the notification.
Our Customer | Connect system provides customers with the opportunity to view account balances, payments and to update accounts 24-hours a day.

Many financial institutions allow you to pay your bill over the internet. Contact your financial institution to sign up today. You will need to supply them with your 10 digit St Thomas Energy account number. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of financial institutions that offer on-line banking services, including bill payments, so you can pay your St Thomas Energy bill over the internet.
Our automatic payment plan means you never have to worry again about forgetting to pay your bill and being faced with missed or late payment again. You will still be issued a bill 19 days in advance so you can review the charges.

Important Information on Fee-Based Credit Card Payments
Recently, St. Thomas Energy Inc. was notified that after March 31st, 2014 Visa Canada will disallow any credit card processing company in Canada from charging a convenience fee on Visa transactions. This means that, after March 31st, 2014, MasterCard will be the only credit card accepted by Paymentus (our third party provider) for payment of your St. Thomas Energy Inc. bill.
Those wishing to make a payment using MasterCard can continue to do so using our third party provider Paymentus' web-based payment system or by calling 1-866-418-0576. Payments will include a non-refundable service fee of $3.95 which is applied to each payment increment of $200. This fee is paid to the card processing agency, not St. Thomas Energy Inc..
Be sure to have your payment information including; account number, credit card details and payment amount at your finger tips. For each payment you will receive a confirmation number and we will receive an instant notification of your payment and will post it to your account next business day.
