For water and sewer billing inquiries, please contact St. Thomas Energy Services Inc. (519-631-5550 / contact@stesi.ca / www.stesi.ca). For all other water & sewer inquiries, please contact the water department of your municipality. The City of St. Thomas Works Dept can be contacted at 519-631-0368 or www.city.st-thomas.on.ca. The municipality of Central Elgin can be contacted at 519-631-4860 or www.centralelgin.org.
