Time-Of-Use pricing and rate structure will be implemented in the fall of 2011. Customers will begin receiving time-of-use bills in November, 2011 for bills that only include October usage. If your bill includes September usage, it will not be a time-of-use bill.
Time-of-use rates & periods are published and set by the Ontario Energy Board.
