Multi-residential Energy Efficiency Rebates!
Multi-residential Energy Efficiency Rebates (MEER) program is an energy conservation initiative that enables building owners and property managers to improve the energy efficiency of multi-unit residential buildings by providing resident education and financial rebates for electricity-saving retrofits and energy audits. GreenSaver - an environmental energy efficiency non-profit - will be managing the program.
All Ontario privately-owned and Assisted and Social Housing buildings with six residential units or more outside the City of Toronto are eligible. This includes co-op, apartment buildings, condominiums, shelters and many others.
You may still be eligible as a retroactive applicant if you have completed any electricity efficiency retrofits after January 1, 2008. Certain restrictions apply.

How much can you save?
Standard Upgrades

- $0.07 per kWh
- $250/kW saved for chillers
