Bill Payments By Credit Card (VISA or Master Card)
St. Thomas Energy provides customers with two quick and easy ways to make bill and security deposit payments by credit card.
1. By web payment:
- Click on the “Continue” button and you will be transferred to a secure web page powered by our bill payment partner, Paymentus.
- You will enter the payment information including the account number, credit card details, payment amount and type of payment (bill or security deposit).
- Once all the information is entered, click on, “Make Payment”.
- You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.
- You will receive an email confirmation for your records.
2. By Telephone payment:
- Dial 1-866-418-0576 and you will be linked to a secure automated telephone payment system, powered by our bill payment partner, Paymentus.
- You will enter the payment information including the account number, credit card details and payment amount.
- Then you will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.

How will my payment be confirmed?
Payment by either method will be made known to St. Thomas Energy instantaneously therefore, if you wish, you may converse with St. Thomas Energy customer service staff immediately after making a payment. Call 519-631-5550, Monday to Friday during the office hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Payments made before 8:00PM will be posted to your St. Thomas Energy Account on the next business day.
Does my payment have to be made during business hours?
Both web payment and telephone payment methods mentioned above are available to accept your payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
