Conditions of Service
The Distribution System Code (DSC) requires that every Distributor produce its own “Conditions of Service” document. The purpose of this document is to provide a means for communicating the types and level of service available to the Customers within St. Thomas Energy Inc.’s service area. The Distribution System Code requires that the Conditions of Service be readily available for review by the general public.
